Christina Applegate Swimsuit Picture: Star Rocks Plunging Neckline

Up all night and hot all day! Christina Applegate showed off her fit body while on vacation in Hawaii with her husband and toddler girl and proved that modest one-pieces can be just as alluring as revealing bikinis.

The sitcom veteran, 41, has been enjoying a family summer vacation in Haleiwa, HI, where she was photographed on the beach on Aug. 14 wearing a navy spaghetti-strapped halter swimsuit with plunging neckline. With her blonde hair gathered into a ponytail, the actress was ready for a day of water activities, which included snorkeling, playing in the waves, and teaching Sadie, 2, how to swim. At one point, husband Martyn LeNoble, a musician, held their daredevil daughter as he jumped off the rocks into the water below.

The breast cancer survivor spoke to Ellen DeGeneres in February 2011 about giving birth to Sadie after undergoing a double mastectomy in 2008 (followed by reconstructive surgery). When she finally had Sadie in her arms, after 18 hours of labor, “I dropped my gown, which I don’t do,” Applegate shared. “This part of my body is very private to me. That’s a real private place. A place that I don’t have a good relationship with, let’s say. But at that moment of pulling [Sadie] out and I just tore that thing off. There’s a room full of people that I don’t know. Nurses and doctors. And she and I just laid there. It was the best thing that’s every happened to me.”
