Kylie Jenners Blue Eyeliner Tips

After priming your eyes, apply Jasper (a matte, creamy beige) from the Kyshadow Bronze Palette on your lids all the way up to your brow bone. Then use a bright blue shade like Sephora Collection’s Colorful Waterproof Eyeliner 24 HR Wear in Surfin USA to create a winged tip. Jenner suggests this product since the Skylie Lip Kit, which hit digital shelves in July, sold out immediately. “But you never know when it might come back!” she teased in the post.

Line your lower water line and connect your wing with Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Chaos (a dupe for the Freedom Lip Kit pencil). A few coats of Dior Diorshow Iconic Overcurl Mascara adds depth to the look. And of course, the Kylie Cosmetics founder suggested a complementing shade for the lips. “With such a bright eye, a subdued lip color like Dirty Peach would work best!” she advised.
