Russell Armstrong's mother has alleged that his estranged wife, Real Housewives star Taylor, spent thousands of dollars on Russell's credit card after they split in June.
John Ann Hotchkiss claimed the charges were made on Armstrong's American Express card.
'$90,000 was put on his credit card in June, not by him,' she told broadcaster Jane Velez-Mitchell in a phone interview tonight.

The new allegations come a day after TMZ reported that Russell's family believe he did not hang himself but was in fact 'murdered.'
The 47-year-old businessman, who regularly made appearances alongside Taylor on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, was found hanged at a friend's Los Angeles house on August 15, a month after Taylor filed for divorce amid claims of domestic abuse.
Today, TMZ posted the Coroner's report into Russell's death which states that the evidence points to a suicide rather than murder.
The report states that no alcohol or drugs were found in Russell's system when he killed himself.
It adds that 'no note was located and there were no signs of foul play,' at the scene of death.
According to TMZ, Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter has informed Taylor of the results of the report and she is in agreement that her husband killed himself.

Yesterday, the showbiz website reported that Russell's family have hired a private investigator to look into their belief that he was 'murdered.'
They added that the family are 'convinced' that Russell's money problems caused him to get involved with 'the wrong people.'
The businessman was also said to be in debt to the tune of $1.5m.
As a result, Russell may have 'screwed over' someone 'out of desperation.'
That person or persons then' retaliated by killing him', according to TMZ.
Last month, Russell's stepbrother Wade Jackson hinted that the family had more questions about Russell's death.
